nutrition, live blood analysis and
natural remedies

“good health is our natural state. with a little determination and a will to make some changes it can be yours again.”

Brina Eidelson, Naturopath, Cambridge

How can Naturopathy Benefit you?

Naturopathy uses an holistic approach to health and it encompasses many forms of natural medicine.  I use a range of techniques to gather information about you, mainly a Nutritional and lifestyle questionnaire, Live Blood Analysis, Dry Blood Analysis, intolerance and functional screening tests if needed, and tongue and pulse diagnosis. Only natural remedies are prescribed such as nutritional supplements and herbs as well as naturopathic techniques

In today’s world we are constantly exposed to pollution, stress, chemicals and poor quality food and drink. In the drive to achieve good health all these areas of your life need to be examined with the aim of limiting the imbalances and disharmonies caused by them in the past, present and future.

A naturopath will work with your health in this natural and holistic way to restore balance in your whole system and get it functioning again. To achieve this it is necessary to provide your body with all the conditions it needs, such as improving your digestion and nutrition, encouraging better elimination and also looking at lifestyle issues. Live Blood Analysis provides the indicators required to give direction on this journey back to a healthy you.

What conditions can be treated?

I do not claim to provide cures for named diseases. I can only encourage you to take care of your health in such a way that allows your body to be well. Generally, the types of symptoms that can be helped with this approach are:

  • Tiredness, fatigue, lack of energy
  • Constant low level infections
  • Digestive problems and intolerances
  • Constipation/diarrhoea
  • Disrupted sleep patterns
  • Menstrual and fertility issues
  • Candida
  • Skin irritations
  • Restless sleep
  • and more …

See the Consultations page to read more about what is available, making an appointment and pricing.

Principles of Naturopathy

There are six principles of Naturopathy that we follow in our quest to lead a person to good health.

  • First Do No Harm
  • The Healing Power of Nature (Vis Medicatrix Naturae). Naturopathic medicine recognises the body’s inherent ability to heal itself given the right conditions.
  • Identify and Treat the Causes
  • Be an Educator
  • Treat the Whole Person and not just the disease.
  • Prevention.

Unfortunately, due to ASA regulations, naturopaths are not allowed to give you more detailed information about healing with natural medicine. Much of the information on social media and internet is not helpful, so if you’re not sure whether I’m the right practitioner for you please phone me for a chat on 07798 765986. I’m more than happy to have a no-obligation, informative chat with you.

Who is Brina Eidelson?

I have been working in natural health for 21 years having started with massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Needing to know more and to be able to help clients in a deeper way I studied Naturopathy and Acupuncture at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, achieving my diploma in 2002.  I acquired qualifications in Live Blood Analysis through studies with the late Michael Coyle (Nulife Sciences) in 2003 and later with Lynne Hinton of Healthhouse Canada. Since then I’ve attended many short courses and conferences on the subject of nutrition and healing and ran a clinic in London for 15 years before moving my practice entirely to Cambridge seven years ago. I also ran my own Live Blood Analysis training courses until recently. Courses are now run by Naturecure Academy and I continue to assist on these.

In Cambridge I practise Naturopathy, Nutrition and Live Blood Analysis having decided not to continue with Acupuncture or Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Where needed I refer clients to esteemed colleagues.
